Yes. Add the engineer as a service your engineers offer, then turn on Offer coaching on the space type. The engineer must take the same lengths as the space type, and support can set that up for you.
A pack pays for the room. The engineer is paid as their own line on the booking.
Turn on Bays and Courts in Settings, Business, Features, add each room under Spaces & Equipment, then give each one a space type with its rate. Your screens call them spaces.
